Mixed Dhal and Greens Idli ~ Healthy and Tasty

Toor dhal 1/2 cup
Chana dhal 1.2 cup
Moong dhal 1/2 cup
Urad dhal 1/2 cup
Cumin Seeds 1/2 tsp
Fresh Ginger 1/2 tsp(finely chopped)
Coriander leaves 1/2 cup(Finely chopped)
Curry leaves few
Dill leaves 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Pudina leaves 3-4(finely chopped)
Onion 1(finely chopped)
Salt as per taste

Wash and soak all the dhals together for 3 hours and grind alongwith ginger, cumin seeds salt and water to thick and fine paste.
Transfer the batter to a bowl add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Grease the idli plates and pour the batter and steam cook for 10-12mins.
Serve hot Mixed Dhal and Greens Idli with tomato pickle
