Plain Buttermilk 1 cup
Ajwain/Caraway seeds 1/4 tsp
Methi seeds 1/4 tsp
Salt as per taste.
Dry roast methi seeds and grind together to fine powder with ajwain.
In a mixing bowl whisk yogurt, add the ground methi and ajwain powder, salt and mix well.
Serve ajwain methi yogurt chill.
