Oats Vegetable Dosa

Oats powdered 1 cup
Sooji 1 cup
Onion 1 (grated)
Carrot 1 (grated)
Cabbage 1/2 cup (shredded)
Ginger 1 tsp (grated)
Salt as per taste
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Green chilly 1
Coriander leaves few

In a bowl mix oats powder, sooji and salt mix to a semi watery batter.
Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
Heat a pan pour a ladle of batter and spread in circular motion and cook on both the sides until golden brown and serve hot Oats Vegetable dosa with any chutney or pickle of your choice.
