Ingredients
Apple 1 large ( finely chopped)
Dates 8-10(deseeded and finely chopped)
Milk 2 glass
Honey 2 tsp
Ice cubes 2
Method
Blend all the ingredients together to a semi thick consistency.
Serve chilled or immediately with ice cubes and dry fruits if required.

I have tried the same recipe see : http://recipespassion.blogspot.com/ but no use of honey i kept it as optional.. Dates itself a natural sweetener thanks for sharing :)
